Cette configuration est destinée à exploiter les lettre de rémission et leurs index générés. Trois fenêtres sont disponibles: le menu (en haut a gauche), l'index (en bas à gauche) et le contenu (la fenêtre principale, à droite).

Dans la fenêtre menu, vous pouvez choisir l'index que vous désirez consulter. Dans la fenêtre d'index, vous pouvez voir le contenu des index disponibles et sélectionner des liens qui afficheront le document indexé dans la fenêtre principale. La fenêtre principale affiche la transcription diplomatique du dernier document référencé par un index.

La visualisation HTML est une version très simplifiée du document TEI original, dans laquelle les conventions suivantes sont utilisées:

• le titre contient le type de grace et le nom du suppliant ;
• le premier sous-titre contient la référence de la lettre au catalogue des archives départementales de Loire Atlantique et le numéro d'ordre de la lettre dans le registre ;
• le sous-titre suivant indique la date d'enregistrement à la chancellerie de Bretagne telle que notée dans le registre ; la date normalisée dans le calendrier grégorien apparaît éventuellement entre crochets ;
• dans le texte, les numéros de folios apparaissent entre chevrons ;
• les numéros de ligne apparaissent entre crochets en début de lignes ;
• les abréviations apparaissent en italique ;
• les renvois vers le glossaire sont notés par une étoile soulignée ;
• les mots posant des problèmes de transcription apparaissent en rouge.

This configuration is aimed at reading and searching in the letters of grace and their generated indexes. Three windows are shown: a menu (top left), an index (bottom left) and the main contents (main right).

In the menu window, you can select the index you want to use. In the index window, the current selected index is shown. When you select a link there, the document indexed appears on the main window. This main window usually shows a diplomatic transcription of the document most recently referenced through an index.

The HTML display is a simplified version of the original TEI document, where the following conventions are used:

• title contains the type of the grace and the name of the supplicant;
• first subtitle contains the reference of the letter in the catalog of the archives of Loire Atlantique and the ordinal number in the register;
• second subtitle contains the recording date at the Chancery of Brittany as noted in the register; the date, normalised for the gregorian calendar is surrounded by brackets;
• in the text, folio numbers appear in angle brackets;
• line numbers appear in bracket at the beginning of lines;
• abbreviations are noted in italics;
• links to glossary entries are noted with an underlined star;
• words found unclear during the transcription are displayed in red.
